We have to wait in line to take the Covid-19 test. So, I am reviewing a COVID-19 test kit that get test result in comfort of home in 10 minutes.
And personally, I bought this product because I was worried and anxious about Covid-19. At the result, It is a product that I was satisfied with because it was so simple and the test results came out quickly.
Also, it was very easy to understand because the picture was attached to the user manual. The user manual is in English and Spanish. Below, I will show you how to test it at home.
However, if you have Covid-19 symptoms(fever, cough, etc.), I recommend that you have to go test place.

2. How to use COVID-19 Test kit at home
Step 1. Wash hands
Before you begin, wash your hands or clean them with hand sanitizer.
Or you can do it with gloves on. Next, prepare 1 tube, 1 swab, 1 test strip and tube holder. This is what you need for a one-time test.
Step 2. Place tube in the tube holder
Remove a cap from on tube and place it in the tube holder. I liked that the cap was easy to open by hand.
Step 3. Swab the nostrils
When taking out the cotton swab, do not touch the cotton swab head.
And then gently Insert 1/2 to 3/4 of the cotton swab into the nostril. Then, rub vigorously at least 4 times with a cotton swab in circular motions. You should rub both nostrils with the same cotton swab.
Also, be sure to wear a face mask when swabbing other people (children).
Step 4. Place swab in the tube
Immediately dip the cotton swab used in the nose into the tube liquid and stir 3 to 4 times.
Then, soak the cotton swab for at least 1 minute. This should not exceed 10 minutes. I recommended to use a timer on the phone for correct time.
Step 5. Remove swab from the tube
When taking the cotton swabs after 1 minute from the tube, spin them against the wall while squeezing them out so that more liquid can remain in the tube, and then throw the used cotton swabs in the trash.
Step 6. Open the test strip
When taking out the test strip, do not touch the area marked with the arrow.
Step 7. Place test strip in the tube in 10 minutes
Step 8. Remove test strip from the tube
After 10 minutes, remove the test strip from the tube and check the blue and pink lines in a well-lit area.
Step 9. Check positive and negative result
Positive Covid-19 result
There is the blue line and pink line, it is positive.
In summary, a positive COVID-19 result means COVID-19.
Negative Covid-19 result
A negative result will show the blue line without the pink line.
To sum up, a negative test result means it’s not Covid-19.
Invalid result
If there is no line or only one pink line, test again with a new tube, cotton swab and test strip.
Step 10. Dispose used test in the trash and wash your hands.
Lastly, dispose of the used cotton swabs, tubes and test strips in the trash can and wash your hands thoroughly.
