Remove eye makeup with eye remover before using this.
If you want to remove eye makeup quickly using a cotton swab, I recommend using an eye remover. Because the lid is uncomfortable to use cotton swabs, it takes more time.

To sum up, it’s the best cleansing water all skin types. And the full makeup remove easily. When I apply it on a cotton pad, I can wipe off my makeup smoothly and moistly as if you were soaked in water.
And even it goes into my eyes, it doesn’t irritate or hurt, but I recommend removing eye makeup with an eye remover because it erases much more easily, and keep moisture.
Sensitive skin
After laser treatment at the dermatologist, when my skin was sensitive, I was able to easily wipe off the sunscreen and foundation with a soft cotton pad wetted with it, and it was good that my skin didn’t get dry.
Dry skin
