Here’s how to do dark violet and light violet gel nails with a gel nail polish that changes color depending on the temperature. When the temperature of the nail is cold, it turns dark violet, and when the temperature is warm, it turns into a light violet. Being able to do two-colors gel nails is fun and attractive. And the picture above is from the last 2 weeks. It still hasn’t peeled off and is holding up well.
Tutorial
Step 1. Clean the cuticles on nails
Step 2. Mix blue and red (Temperature Color Changing Gel Nail Polish) + violet (normal nail gel Polish)
In my case, I wanted a more vivid violet, so I also mixed the original violet gel nail polish (Elite99 1556). If you want a pastel violet color, you can mix and use only the color change gel nail polish blue (Elite99 5715) and red (Elite99 5029).
Elite99 Gel Polish, which changes color depending on temperature, is light in color after application. So, I used that with violet gel nails in the original color.
Step 3. Base gel and nail lamp
After applying the base gel to the nails, it is cured in a nail lamp for 45 seconds.
Step 4. Apply a gel nail made in violet and nail lamp
After applying the violet gel nail, cure it with a lamp for 60 seconds. Do these 2 to 3 times. This makes the colors more vivid.
Step 5. Apply top gel nail polish, and nail lamp
Apply top gel nail polish and cure for 60 seconds in a nail lamp. After that, wipe the nails with a gel nail remover and a cotton pad. The reason is that if you don’t wipe it off, your nails will become sticky.
After that, the nails turn into a light violet when in a warm, and into a dark violet when in a cold.
