Step 1. Apply eyeshadow primer on the eyelids with fingertips.
Step 2. After applying the Eye Shadow Torched on the double eyelid line and the tip of the under eyes with DUcare Smokey eye makeup brush, blend it all over the eyelid with the other side of the brush.
