The Diptyque Figuier candle has the scent of fig trees, which also carries a fruity aroma. More specifically, it has a sweetness to it, reminiscent of fresh fruit. It’s not an artificial scent, making it appealing to men and women of all ages. I love this scented candle so much. I never expected such a delightful fragrance from a candle. It has a truly natural sweet smell of fruity and flowers.
I’ve used Yankee candles and Village candles before, but these scented candles don’t have a natural smell. In other words, they are fragrant but have an artificial scent. However, considering their price, I think they are excellent candles. If I had to choose a scented candle from any of these three brands for a special occasion, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy Diptyque’s Figuier.

Philosykos” translates to “friend of the fig tree” in Greek. The inspiration for this came from a tree, the leaves and branches of which were brought back in a memory box.
To me, Diptyque Philosykos eau de parfum has a strong scent. Upon checking the homepage, I found that it contains Black Pepper. It also has coconut oil, which might make it seem greasy if you apply too much. However, even one or two sprays of this eau de parfum can make the scent last for a long time.
Diptyque Philosykos eau de parfum projects an image of intelligence. It seems to pair well with the autumn and winter seasons. If used in the summer, it might feel too heavy. It appears to suit intelligent women, making it a perfume that is better suited for urban women rather than those who prefer a casual look. If you’re aiming for a businesswoman image, I recommend this perfume.
Also, when a man wears it, it can create a sophisticated atmosphere and feeling. If you like this scent, I recommend the edt version because it has a richer fragrance and lasts longer.
