1. Color & Texture & Absorption
The Skinfood Peach Cotton Emulsion is a clear-colored moisturizing emulsion that instantly hydrates without feeling oily. It applies smoothly, like it’s gliding on the skin, and dries to a mattifying finish after three minutes.
The scent smells like peach, but it’s strong at first and then becomes more subtle over time. This emulsion keeps the skin soft and smooth for up to 9 hours without feeling oily.
2. How to use
In the summer, my skin turns into a combination, oily and sometimes acne-prone. This product to use at night is one that keeps my skin fresh and moist. It’s the best product for my skin type.
And for combination skin, when using a product as a makeup base lotion, it is recommended to use a more moisturizing product on both cheeks that lack moisture.
Tutorial
Step 1. After using a gentle facial cleanser, followed by an emulsion application, dispense an ample amount onto palms.
Step 2. Smooth the emulsion gently over your entire face until completely absorbed.
Tip – Keeping a skincare product in the refrigerator and using it cold can help to quickly lower the heat on your face.

4. Pros and Cons
Skinfood
size: 140 ml
Pros:
- Best for oily and acne-prone skin in hot summer
- Lightweight and hydrating
- Oil control skincare
- Reduces sebum production
- A strong glass bottle can help keep the emulsion cool
Cons:
- Insufficient for dry skin that needs more oil
- Fragrance: some individuals may find the fruit fragrance of the product to be too strong for their liking
- Glass bottles can be heavy and hard
Solutions for the cons:
- For dry skin, if you are looking for a Korean rich and moist emulsion, I recommend the ETUDE HOUSE Moistfull Emulsion.
- For oily and combination skin, if you are looking for a subtle scent in a daily face lotion, I recommend the Innisfree Balancing Emulsion.
- Glass bottles are heavy and hard, so if your pet or baby is at home, keep them safe
