Galactic is black and subtle pearls with a matte finish. If you apply it difficult to use a brush because of the powdery texture, I recommend applying it with fingertips. Natural blending is possible with the fingertips and the color lasts longer than 10 hours.
If you want a clear color, apply eyeshadow primer (Elizabeth Mott) first and then apply Galactic.

If the dark eyeshadow is fall out, you can easily use the dark color by wiping the mess part with a makeup sponge with concealer or foundation.

One Eyeshadow look

To create naturally dark shade the eyelids and the tail under eyes, apply galactic with the fingertips.
Night Out Look

To create a glamour look to go out at night, use it with glitter eyeshadow.
Tutorial
Step 1. Apply the black eyeshadow (Galatic) to the eyelids and ends of the eyelids with angled shader brush.
Step 2. Spread the gray brown eyeshadow (Woodrose) between the bones of under the eyebrows and eyelids with blending brush. And then apply it under your eyes.
Step 3. Apply glitter primer (Nyx) to the center of the eyelid and apply glitter eyeshadow (Oyster) with your fingertips. And apply Galactic the end of the eye to the bottom of the eye with eyeliner brush.
